[UT04] server updated --- AM/TAM --- fake echos

3SPN - link - have released more versions of ArenaMaster/TeamArenMaster.

AM/TAM is a modified version of the Last Man Standing and Team DeathMatch gametypes where maxlives is set to 1 by default.

Features include:
-In-game GUI for clients and admins
-Custom Scoreboard
-Enhanced HUD displays game relevant data
-Brightskins menu options
-Hitsounds (optional)
-Overtime period drains all remaining players of health at the same rate

I've updated the server to v3.14.1 from v3.0
Changed include:
exploit fixes
HUD, scoreboard and stats alterations
line of sight (LOS) hitsounds only registered
removal of radar and ammo regeneration combos
Speed combo modified to also show Invisability
Berserk combo modified to also regenerate ammo
Freon gametype added

B0n3g1b has updated his awesome map King of the Radio! This map is a huge favourite on the server. (thanks to FigJam for recommending this one!)

Changes include:
easier access to roofs
more cover
centre bridge
5 second respawn times (was 7)
'Sudden Death' enabled if time runs out

Crevasse by Dersaidin, who brought us Adlernest, has been updated to beta 2.

New scene:
Spies have discovered the location of an Axis uranium enrichment facility, built inconspicuously into an existing base. The Allies want it destroyed to prevent Axis from purifying uranium.

beta 2 changes:
gun moved further from axis spawn
frist activation button on gun removed (was buggy in beta 1)
first phase buildings editted
allied forward spawn is via CP now instead of flag capture
new grenadable final objective after door destryoed
asthetic additions and bug fixes

[FEAR] new patch released - v1.08

Sierra has released a new FEAR update, v1.08 - link -

Update info:

Update Notes - Multiplayer:

Added ability to pick up and reuse Proximity Mines and Remote Detonators that were thrown by yourself.
Limited support for Spectator Mode in objective (CTF, Conquer All, and Control) game modes.
Added code to improve spawn with buddies system in team game modes. Will be noticeable only in Stockpile and custom maps.
Player kill/death messages are now shown in both system and chat messages. Player kills and deaths will only be displayed in the system message area.

Update Notes - Single-player:

Fixed bug where trying to start a game for the first time after switching from multiplayer to singleplayer would give a "Disconnected from Server" error.

Update Notes - Global:

Added widescreen support.
Fixed bug where FEAR.exe would not always start when switching from FEARMP.exe to FEAR.exe.

The FEAR server has been updated but is still in progress.

[ET] mapscript update --- et_beach

mortis has updated his mapscripts for ET Beach Invasion - link. The previous scipt only allowed one allied to spawn at south beach. Also, south beach spawn is now in the correct RtCW position.

Two are available. One with the above fixes (plus previous bug fixes) and one which also includes a supply bunker spawn for allies if they build the CP. I'm using the latter.

ClanBase is now using a new version of Supply Depot 2 by arni and mortis.

Features and Fixes:
spawn bug (mortis)
gold bug (mortis)
grenade/mortar over roof into stairwell exploit (mortis)
satchel/crane control exploit (mortis)
radio sounds completely removed (arni)
base alarm sound stops when truck is in base (arni)
Size reduced by 1.2Mb (arni)

I've replaced Supply Depot 2 (final) with this ClanBase version.

The nedETPRO server will be hosting the Enemy Territory 2006 State of Origin competition. The server will be acting as a master ETTV server with Syd's server being the slave.

Please note:

-ETTV is still beta so it's code isn't perfect. Lag spikes have been reduced during testing but these WILL OCCUR on occasions.
-ettv_mtu will only run at default if slaves are to connect. Because of this the client numbers to the slaves may have to be reduced.
-server runs the latest ETTV (beta 13)
