[ET] nedETPRO server configs updated

The nedETPRO server - link - configs are now up to date with the GameArena season 7 configs.

Not much has changed since season 6


Here is what I had to change:
match_timeoutcount 3 (from 2)
cl_maxpackets IN 30 100 (lower retriction was 20)

HoG_b9
b_moverscale 2 (was at default of 1)

reactor_final
g_useralliedrespawntime 20 (was at default of 25)

sp_delivery2
g_userTimeLimit 10 (was at default of 15)

sos_secret_weapon
forcecvar r_wolffog 1 (was set to 0)

The configs thread in the forum is in progress.
